Individual Therapy

I am licensed to provide individual therapy to clients residing in the state of Massachusetts.

I specialize in working with young adults and those who identify as athletes. I have experience supporting individuals from adolescence through adulthood and across a diverse range of backgrounds and identities.

Individual Therapy

  • My approach

My approach to psychotherapy is rooted in a belief that every individual possesses the inherent capacity to grow, evolve, and change over time. With the right support, guidance, and environment, people are able to discover the unique conditions they need in order to truly heal and flourish.

Oftentimes, difficult life experiences or challenges lead us to adopt belief systems or patterns of behavior that leave us feeling quite the opposite—hurting, confused, and perhaps feeling a bit lost or uncertain about our own life path.

Together, we will explore the themes that brought you here and consider new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you that will help you feel more equipped to take on the challenges in your life.

  • What we can work on

Many of my clients come to therapy with beliefs that they don’t belong, that they are "not good enough,” or that they must hide or change who they are in order to be successful or feel accepted.

In therapy, we can explore the experiences and patterns that have contributed to these beliefs and work toward new ways of relating to yourself and others. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, disordered eating, or the lingering effects of trauma, our work can help you better understand your emotions, build self-compassion, and develop tools for resilience. Together, we can also make sense of life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions of identity—helping you reconnect with your values and move toward a more grounded, authentic sense of self.

  • My framework

My therapeutic style is compassionate, sometimes humorous, and client-led. I center my work around Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I often pull from relational and psychodynamic modalities as well as the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. I believe that one of the most powerful tools I can offer is providing a place where you can be yourself - your whole, true self - and be accepted exactly as you are. I find that these frameworks offer a blend of insight, acceptance, and empowerment that will help you begin to reconnect with and accept the most authentic version of yourself, too.
